Ear Tags for Cattle

Some ear tag formulations, registered for treatment of buffalo flies in northern Australia and NSW, also have effect against some species of lice (see Treating lice). These tags will also give some control of lice when used for buffalo fly treatment. However, when lice are the main target pest, ear tags will seldom be an efficient option and other methods of treatment should be used.
